GENERAL HEALTH & SAFETY

WHAT ARE OUR CURRENT AND FUTURE HEALTH AND SAFETY INITIATIVES?

Plexi-glass barriers installed for social distancing.
Hand sanitization and cleaning wipes are throughout the entire property.
Property patron capacity will be limited to less than 50%.
All guests and team members must adhere to properly wearing an appropriate face mask while inside the casino resort. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you.
To protect the health and safety of our guests, team members, and community, the casino resort will remain a smoke-free facility until further notice. Outdoor smoking area available.

Please follow all safety direction provided by our team for everyone to stay safe.

RESTRICTED FACE MASKS

North Star Mohican Casino Resort cares about your safety. We have restricted the use of face masks with vents, bandanas, and gaiters.
Why? Face coverings with vents/exhaust valves, bandanas and gaiters allow unfiltered exhaled air to escape. If you need an approved face mask, one will be provided.

ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS

WHAT EVENTS OR ENTERTAINMENT ARE POSTPONED?

All events have been rescheduled for the following dates.
• Eddie Montgomery: Rescheduled for September 17, 2021.
• Black Label Society: New date to be announced.
• Puddle of Mudd: This show was canceled. New date is TBD.
• Michael Bolton: Rescheduled for November 20, 2021.
• Jay Leno: Rescheduled for May 6, 2022.
• Jeff Foxworthy: Rescheduled for August 20, 2021

Rescheduled dates and continued entertainment updates are also available on our entertainment page.
All tickets previously purchased for shows will be honored at the future event dates.
All entertainment on the floor, The Groove, and The Galaxy Lounge has been cancelled. Continuing entertainment at The Groove, Galaxy Lounge and on the floor is to be determined.

HOW DO I RECEIVE REFUNDS?

Tickets that were purchased through North Star Mohican Casino Resort at the Star Club can be refunded in person upon our reopening.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

Check out time has been resumed to 11:00am daily.

HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE RESERVATIONS?

All reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling the hotel at 715-787-3110 extension 2550.

RV PARK

The RV Park is now open for the 2021 season. Rates are available at https://northstarcasinoresort.com/hotel-rv-park



FOOD & BEVERAGE

WHAT OUTLETS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN?

Embers is open daily from 6 AM to 2 PM for breakfast (6 AM - 11 AM) & lunch (11 AM -2 PM).
The Groove is open for drink service and seating for eating from the Aroma Deli
The Aroma Deli will be open 7 AM – Close
The Gravity Bar is open from drink service.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT DINING PROCEDURES?

Consumption of food is allowed only in designated areas (Embers Grill and The Groove)

WILL YOU STILL OFFER CATERING SERVICES?

All catering services are suspended at this time.



GAMING (SLOTS, TABLE GAMES, & BINGO)

TABLE GAMES

Table games are open daily. Check individual games for hours of operation.

BINGO

Bingo is open. Sessions are held on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays in May. See the bingo page for more details on session hours.
Limitations

Due to current capacity restrictions, sessions will be limited to the first 100 players. All players must buy-in before entering the bingo hall – first come, first serve. At this time, there will be no eating in the bingo hall.



STAR CLUB

ARE BUS PROGRAMS STILL RUNNING?

All bus programs are discontinued until further notice.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO CURRENT STAR GAZER/MAILER OFFERS?

Your unused mailer offers will expire as normal.

WILL I RECEIVE MY MAILERS LATE?

All mailers are on schedule and offers will be on your account as usual.

I WANT TO CHANGE/UPDATE MY MAILING ADDRESS

VIP/PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

WHEN WILL I SEE LAST YEAR'S TIER LEVEL UPDATES?

The Tier Level evaluation from 2020 is complete and all guest accounts have been updated for the current tier qualification period.

HAVE VIP EVENTS BEEN CANCELLED OR POSTPONED?

Yes, all VIP events on-site and off-site have been postponed. Rescheduled dates will be communicated once determined.



SPONSORSHIP & DONATIONS

WILL MY STAY AND PLAY PACKAGE OR FREE PLAY WON AT EVENTS, ETC. EXPIRE?

All stay and play packages and free play will expire based on the expiration date on the coupon.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE FOR MY SPONSORSHIP OR DONATION REQUEST?

All sponsorship or donation requests will be reviewed and answered as soon as they are received.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT UPON REQUEST?

Requests for win/loss statements will be processed as they are received.
