North Star Mohican Casino Resort welcomes all things paranormal for their inaugural Para-Con, November 2 through 4. This journey into the unknown is nothing new for the all-star lineup of presenters. The lineup includes:

Greg Newkirk, Museum Director & Dana Matthews, Museum Curator - These two run the Traveling Museum of the Paranormal & Occult, the world’s first mobile museum of the unexplained. They have spent the last 20 years searching for legendary monsters and other mind-bending psychic phenomena. Their work has allowed them to come face-to-face with Bigfoot and have orchestrated their own alien abduction. This duo travels the country sharing real haunted objects with the curious and brave.

Grant Wilson - Co-Founder of TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society), Wilson has been investigating paranormal activity since he was just 15 years old, when the paranormal unexpectedly entered his life. He has produced “Ghost Hunters” on the SYFY Channel as well as “Ghost Hunters International.”
Dave Schrader - He is known as one of the leading voices of Minneapolis’s top-rated AM talk show, Darkness on the Edge of Town. Schrader reached global fame with the success of one of the station’s most successful shows and most downloaded podcasts. He has a fill-in role for the internationally-syndicated Coast to Coast AM talk show.

Jeff Belanger - Belanger is one of the most visible and prolific researchers of folklore and legends today. He is award-winning, Emmy-nominated host, writer, and producer of the New England Legends series on PBS and Amazon Prime, and has penned over a dozen books on the paranormal. He also hosts the New England Legends weekly podcast.

Linda Godfrey - As a nationally known researcher and investigator of wolfmen, Bigfoot, and cryptids, Godrey is the published author of 18 books on strange phenomena such as The Beast of Bray Road, Real Wolfmen, and American Monsters. She is a frequent guest on national TV and radio shows such as Syfy’s “Paranormal Witness”, Coast to Coast AM Radio and many more.

Chad Lewis - Paranormal researcher Chad Lewis explores some of the most bizarre UFO encounters Wisconsin has to offer. He shares about eyewitness encounters, historical sightings, and on-site investigations.

Allison Jornllin - Recipient of the Milwaukee Paranormal Conference's 2016 Wisconsin Researcher of the Year Award, Jornlin has been investigating hauntings and other strange phenomena for more than 20 years. She developed Milwaukee’s first haunted history tour in 2008. She has led haunted history tours and presented talks on a variety of Fortean topics.

Dave Olson – Olson is an active duty police officer with a fascination for all things paranormal. This passion led to the creation of a team of investigators to help people in need. Using the latest in technology, he and his team document unexplained phenomena and the existence of paranormal activity.

Troy Hudson - Troy has more than 30 years of combined military, law enforcement, and emergency management experience. He now serves as Director of Operations for a non-profit disaster response organization. He is also the founder of Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) and is often a guest speaker on various radio/blog talk shows.

“The list of paranormal experts attending our event is extensive,” said Michael Bonakdar, General Manager of North Star Mohican Casino Resort. “As the first ever Para-Con gets closer, we get more and more excited about it!”
